1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the y444 website accessible at https://y444.io and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held within a Player's Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cashable credit awarded to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document submission and proof of payment method ownership.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. y444 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account determined to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned net of any bonuses claimed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. y444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

2.4 KYC Verification. y444 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal, activating a bonus, or continuing to use the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. y444 makes no representations that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. y444 will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

3.2 Account Activity. All wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions performed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. y444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. y444 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on y444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). y444 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank transfers.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on y444 is ৳500 via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank card methods (Visa, Mastercard) may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your y444 Wallet within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. y444 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider or third-party banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by y444 within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are subject to the same-method policy — funds will be returned to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within the Account section of the Platform. y444 reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. In the event that y444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit was made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms, y444 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and refer the matter to the relevant payment processor or law enforcement authority. Any winnings derived from a fraudulent deposit are void and will not be paid out.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers made available by y444 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer-specific terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. y444 operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated wagering with other players. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers. y444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active offer will be subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. y444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a system error or manifest price error, y444 reserves the right to void affected bets.

6.2 Palpable Errors. If a price or odds is displayed in error — including as a result of a data feed error, human input error, or technical malfunction — bets placed at that erroneous price may be voided by y444 at its discretion. y444 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's reliance on an erroneous price.

6.3 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. Bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event, or after the occurrence of a result-determining event within a live market, will be voided. y444 is not liable for any delay between live events and market suspension.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules. For BPL, IPL, T20, and other cricket markets, bets are settled in accordance with y444's cricket betting rules as published on the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to the applicable competition and match format will apply.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y444 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, sport, or tournament offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financially criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any content or software from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward y444 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the y444 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design — is the exclusive property of y444 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. y444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Software. Games and game content on the Platform are provided under licence from third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by y444. y444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to terminate a Player's access to the Platform, at any time and without prior notice where y444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms or closure of a Player's Account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. y444 operates as a fair-play certified, SSL-secured platform committed to transparent and lawful operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
